Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin addressed a gathering at the birthday celebrations of VCK chief Thirumalavalan in Chennai on 16 August. He said that he has two responsibilities, one as the chief minister of the state and the other as the chief of his political party, DMK.
